Booking & Working Together
A contained process for life re-orientation in midlife and beyond
I offer online one-to-one work for thoughtful adults who are not in crisis, but who are no longer oriented by the structures, identities, or strategies that once guided their lives.
This is not open-ended therapy.
It is a time-limited, reflective process designed to support clarity, internal authority, and sustainable functioning as life enters a new phase.
Before any commitment, I offer a short exploratory session to check whether this work is a good fit — both for you and for me.
Who this work is for
This work is suited to people who:
are in midlife or later adulthood
are psychologically minded and reflective
are functioning outwardly, but inwardly feel misaligned or depleted
sense that something essential needs to change, without drama or crisis
are ready to engage thoughtfully, rather than urgently
Who this work is not for
This work is not suitable for those seeking:
crisis intervention or acute emotional support
trauma processing or intensive therapeutic containment
weekly, open-ended therapy
motivational coaching or performance optimisation
Working together
All work is offered online, one-to-one, in time-limited formats rather than open-ended therapy.
Each piece of work is structured as a 6-session process (with an 8-session option available where appropriate), designed to support clarity, orientation, and sustainable functioning without urgency or pressure.
This approach allows the work to remain focused, reflective, and contained.
Fees
Fees reflect seniority, depth, and the finite nature of the work.
6-session process: typically £900 – £1,050
8-session process: typically £1,200 – £1,350
Exact details are discussed after an exploratory conversation, once mutual fit is clear.
Exploratory conversation
Before any commitment, I offer a 20-minute exploratory conversation.
This is a calm, practical discussion — not an assessment or obligation — intended to:
clarify what brings you now
check whether this way of working fits your situation
decide together whether working together feels appropriate
If it is not a good fit, I will say so openly.
